This is a collaborative project made together with a Finnish Industry 4.0 front row company Process Genius (www.processgenius.fi) which has made their own product PG Plant for creating a real virtual factory environment.
With the Kasten-IoT our service department and customer may get access to production critical information regarding their machines performance, health and service needs to maximize machine usage and gain near-zero downtime. Other information regarding machine state, process flow and picking may also be accessible from the cloud service if needed.
This cloud-based service offers also all possible information regarding each machine: control system specifications, user manuals, service manuals, electrical drawings, spare parts, location, etc.
